How much boost are you going to run?? With that setup probably not too much. I'm only running 8-9 and I have a walbro 340 and 60 lb.'ers with meth injection coming in at 4 psi..
Hope that helps.

You can definetley hit the 450 mark with 5 to 7lbs, I hit 523rwhp on the stock bottom, stock heads, on 7lbs. I did change cams though. I say you get some 60lb injectors as well that way you still have room to grow into them and your not over working the 42's if you decided to turn the boost up.

im running walbro 255 with 60lb injectors with 8-10 lbs, id definitly get the 60s because you can always tune 60s down to what you can tune 42s down to and always have plenty of room to grow with the 60s

I've got a Weldon pump feeding 160# injectors.
I would strongly suggest that you go with one of the bolt-in twin 255LPH set-ups, along with 80's. It will save you $$$ in the long run to put together a fuel system with plenty of head room now, or you'll wind up doing all over again later.

I personally thought my 1st Weldon pump was overkill when I bought it 16 years ago, to feed a motor that made less than 700hp. That pump still runs fine today (how's that for a testament to getting what you pay for), but it was nowhere near big enough for my little ol' 408, with twin 76's, on e-85 that I've got right now. So, I bought a new Weldon to cover me for my current motor, as well as the next one that's already in the works. The fuel system I proposed to the OP is the MINIMUM I would consider for even a moderate FI build. The slight additional cost up front is nothing, compared with what it will cost when he steps up to bigger and better things down the road, and has to scrap half of what he already paid for, and then buy everything I'm telling him to get in the first place. And if you don't believe there's an extremely high likelyhood of that happening, get back to me in another 40 years...you'll see that's the pattern we all follow
