Default How Much Pressure is Too Much Pressure at WOT

OK, so I fixed the problem of the no fuel pressure.
It turn out that the pumps WERE in series, I just couldnt get up to the tank to find out.
I cut the trap door today, and re-did my fuel system, converting it over to a return style using the evap line.

I have an Aeromotive Boost-Referenced FPR on the return line, with my pressure sensor in the Reg.

Took a while, but finally got it done.

I'm showing 55-58# at idle, and from 60-65 @ WOT, but notice some sputtering.
It was damp out, so it was spinning a lot, but it seemed to sputter some.
Could the pressure sensor being on the reg show me a false reading as to what my injectors are getting? I am a little paranoid of running it lean.

Does everything sound ok? Location of the reg & sensor?
I'd like to have the sensor on the rail, but no way to do it.

I also noticed that the fuel system has gotten VERY loud with the return line in use. you can hear the fuel being pushed back to the tank pretty much. Anyone else that has used the evap line for a return hear this?

TO much FUEL psi is 80 psi and over. But when you change the Fuel psi you change how much fuel the Engine see so it need to be retuned

Well, I have replaced the entire system now.
it has new feed and return lines, along with dual in-tank 255's.
I left the in-line pump on top of one 255 because I ran out of tubing at 10pm, and all the parts stores are closed.
Now the car sputters at high rpms at WOT, so I may back the pressure down some to see if I'm giving it too much fuel.

If the dual, intanks are now trying to push that volume thru a single 255... It's no wonder the engine is "sputtering"....
Depending on the boost at WFO, the FP should be base + the boost...If not.. U have problems...According to your #'s, the boost is neglible. [58/60 at idle, vs 60/65 at WFO...]
As for the pressure sensor at the reg.. that's where it needs to be, given the reg has a gauge port.
Tank vented?
