Default help with fuel setup

I am have a new setup in my 02 t/a. 451LSX with a procharger F1C.

What all would you recommend? -8 or -6 lines main feed lines? Also what regulator? Do i need the regulator boost referenced? Do i need to leave the boost-a-pump on a dual intank pump setup? I already have a single racetronix pump in there with the boost-a-pump. Also what size injectors?

Any advice from the people that have done a dual intank setup setup already with any things that i may need when i get in there. I'm shooting for the most power i can get out of it on pump gas.

Thanks in advance.

#8 is what I like to maintain a good volume, and a boost referenced regulator (like the Magnafuel), and depending on boost levels (and HP goals), but @ 55-83 LB injectors.

A 451 and F1c can make some serious power. What are you hp goals and the main use for the car-street,strip??? Give me a call I will help you get the correct setup for your application.

What about the boost-a-pump? Could i still use it on 2 pumps?

Also, now the fuel pressure is at 60lbs, is the regulator named above going to work at that high of pressure? It's only rated at 28psi????

Will the MP-9950-B work? It's a boost referenced regulator. Do these have a return also?

What regulator rated @ 28PSI???? If anything I listed, you are looking at wrong regulator. Part # should be 9950 or 9925 depending on which outlets you want (both have #8 inlet)

9950 is the larger of teh 2, yes it will work if you plan on mkaing a boat load of power. The 9925 is good for @ 700HP.
Which, a boosted 451 can top rather easily...so you might want to look at theh 9950

I'm looking for a min. of 800rwhp.

What pump would be good for the high psi needed for efi?

I like the external pump idea (Like in the drawing) instead of the dual intank pumps.

Well, Magnafuel has one killer EFI Pump, teh 625 (#4701) that I like a WHOLE bunch. However, I do not have that pump on the street yet, just track time on my installs I have done. However, I do run their carb pump (teh Pro Star 500) on teh street, with NO issues, so I see no reason why their EFI pump would not do well on teh street either.

Yeah, figured so. That is what their pump's are bypassed at (their carb pumps have a bypass regulator built into them, and they are preset between @26-28 PSI)

well by the looks of it it's going to be cheaper to do the dual intank pumps as far as the pumps are comcerned. Magnafuel is PROUD of those pumps. lol.

Let me know, I'll be glad to build you a dual intank setup & also a complete fuel system if you want everything front to back.

Yes, they are, but most will agree that when it comes to electric pumps, you are not gonna find better pieces. Guys like Warren Johnson in Pro Stock run them for a reason...

My tuner just told me i'm pretty much limited to 80lb injectors or i would need some type of chip? I would like to have some room to grow and put some 120's in there. What all is involved to do so?

You would need an impedance conveter to run the low impedance injectors.
I have a plug-n-play setup for this to make the install very easy.

I received your PM's as well & would prefer that you call to discuss your needs before you start building your system. I can help to make sure you end up with the proper combination of parts.

Are you talking about either/or? Or are you talking about running the boost a pump and the 2 racetronix??
