Do I need a tune especially to run e85?

You need a tune especially for E85. Also, you need more injector for e85 than for gasoline. You have to stick with one or the other unless you can switch between two tunes.

how much power do you plan to push out with e85 ?

79 lbs will act more like 55lb injectors on E85, thus limiting you to bout 550 WHP or so roughly with an FI setup.
