98 z28 keeps blowing fuel pressure regulators

Seems like the same thing is happening to me also. Every post that I have come across about fuel pumps and regulators failing are mostly on the 98's. Let me guess, you prime your fuel system, it goes up to 30 maybe 40 PSI, and as soon as the prime cycle is over it drops immediately to 0 PSI?
