Feed line w/ the 10M filter to the y block. Then, the other end of the rails are plumbed to the inlet sides of the reg. Return stays as you have it drawn.

Yes you want the reg. after the rails. Give me a call I have line kits available to do what you want in a complete ready to go kit.

ok.. i dont really like that setup i just posted. Now thinking about it. How does this look...
-8 feed, stock feed used as return directly into bucket/venturi. Dual walbros, second one being boost referenced activating at 1 psi

I do not know were or how you get those pictures drawn, but no the fuel should go from pump to filter to a Y then to the fuel rails, then y back into the fuel pressure regulator. The excess fuel then goes back to the tank.

Or you can run the fuel to the filter, then into one fuel rail, then into the other fuel rail then to the regulator and then the excess fuel is dumped to the tank.

The fuel pressure regulator has to be after the fuel rail, because it has to restrict fuel flow in order to raise the fuel pressure. When I say restrict fuel flow, I mean returning back to the fuel tank, not to the fuel rails.
