Which injector size 30# or 42#?

Which injector size 30# or 42#? Mods at bottom plus My current set up to be is ms3 cam,ls6 heads (not p&p at this moment) and 100 shot wet. Which injector size should I go with? Trust me I have tried searching for a while now, just don't get enough definitive answers. Plans to mod after this wouldn't be for quite some time. I know my stockers won't be worth a damn after cam/heads/spray so figured better get the injectors while all that is torn down.

with a cam that big and a wet shot of nitrous atleast a 36 lbs is necessary but 42lbs are more comfurtable. I am over 600rwhp and i run 42lbs and they were under 70% duty if i remember correctly.
