Default Possible Fuel Problem

I have a 2000 WS6, with a manual transmission. Recently I have noticed that when I get on the car had, it seems as though the engine is starving for fuel, just above 4,000 rpm's. The fuel pump is new, but everything else is stock and original. I do not have a check engine light on, and you can feel the car just stops pulling; the rpms just don't want to climb. Any suggestions on where to start???? Thanks for any help!

Datalog a drive, and take a look at the results.
