Default 1000hp-->1400hp fuel system upgrade build

Looking for thoughts/insight on my new parts selection. So I am on a REAL limited budget and need to supply more fuel to my car as I switch from a single 80mm to twin turbos that will make up to 1300ish whp.

old set-up:
dual in-tank walbros
-8 feed/-6 return
nasty rails
fuel lab boost FPR
96lb injectors w/ driver

New plans:
sumped custom fuel cell
dual parallel bosch 044s
dual -8 feeds to each rail
-8 drain
same fuel lab FPR
160lb ford motorsports injectors (snatched for $200 from a friend!)

Does my line sizing sound adequate?

Diagram

if its -8 from one pump to one rail, yes... but you only have ONE fpr so im curious on your exact setup planned. after each rail are you T`n off to the fpr?

I will work on a diagram in paint. But yes, each pump will have its own -8 line to its OWN rail. then each rail will have a line ran to each side of the FPR. Then a -8 return out of the rail.

Thanks. I have seen that chart. Good info. I just want to be sure that my line size is correct and that these pumps/lines can support every bit of 1200whp.

Well, as posted my buddy will sell me his 160lb injectors for $200. Can't really beat that. Won't know duty cycle til wayyy down the road after the car is running on the track.....which will be after I install the fuel lines

I don;t want to undershoot the injectors with 120s, but I am nervous about getting the car to idle decent with 160s and the stock PCM.

And as far as the driver I THINK it is an accelertronics or something along those lines. I got it from Nasty Nate.

Can you do a belt drive fuel pump? Moving that much fuel will be sensitive to voltage changes.

I will have to double check my class rules but I don't think its in the budget. Isn't that type of setup expensive?

The pumps are around 500, driver is another couple hundred, and the regulator is another $240. That combo is consistent and more than enough fuel for 2khp. And you dont have to worry about changes in voltages changing pump flow spec.

there shouldnt be any significant voltage changes. there are TONS of people out there running non mechanical pumps and theyre doing just fine.
