Default Feul pressure question

I have stock fuel rails with 60 siemen injectors. Noticed I've been running a little rich on my AFR lately. When I turn the ignition to the on position the fuel gauge reads 40 than drops after a couple of secs to 10 or so. When I start the car is goes to 58 and stays. Think it's a leaking injector?

could be, but more likely it is the regulator or the pump/venturi itself.

I dual walbros, 2nd one runs off Hobbs switch...so I no longer have the Venturi with this set up. If no venturi, could this be why pressure so fast when key ign turned off?

Here's vid of fuel pressure gauge when I turn ignition on, than a couple secs after the prime, it drops. 2nd vid is when the car is on at idle, no pressure drop.
