Well here goes....
A cell will be anywhere from $100 to $1500 based on size & brand. You mount them wherever you want to put it as they are typically universal in nature.
Any time you add a cell & place it in the car, you will have to deal with different safety restrictions with regard to mounting & firewalls etc. if you want to be tech approved at the track.
The Nasty tank, is not a cell. It is an aftermarket tank that mounts in the stock location. This prevents modifying the car to make a fuel cell work as it bolts in the stock location. If you want an aftermarket tank, this is likely the easiest route.
Now I must ask, why do you want a cell? Is this a dedicated racecar? If not, you are probably better off using the stock tank for your build.

What questions can I answer?? I am here to help.
Our tank is to feed large external pumps for big HP race systems can be used in killer street setups if need be too. The tank mounts in the factory location uses the factory straps comes with a sender for the factory gauge it even fills from the stock filler neck. Completely baffled and sumped for proper control and feed to an external pump. No cutting the trunk or custom firewall to be completely track legal.

I have a few guys running our tank in the flying mile and Nevada Open Road runs. Works very good for cars setup for that. Up to 1000rwhp I rec. the dual intank setups but over that you need more pump and control.
Oh and still waiting on what questions you never got answered from me...
