Ive read a great deal about these intakes, but all the dyno runs wernt on stock ci engines.
Would it help or hurt a 5.3 with 11.1 CR, mildly ported heads and a .600 lift cam? Right now it has a stock ls1 intake/throttle body and i would probably go to a 85 or 90mm throttle body when swapping the intake.

I would think you would definitely see a Gain over the Stock Intake. I'm sure Edelbrock wouldn't come out with something that flow worse than a Stock LS1 Intake. Just my opinion though.

It will make more power... up top. You are probably going to loose some low end torque. You would also probably want to consider a cam that would compliment that intake. If I remember right, the Vic Jr is built to make power from 3500-7500rpm.
