Default What HP would you rate my fuel system too?

Well i'm just about finished up with my fuel system for my 5.3 swap s10 and decided to do a little more than normal to be ready for future upgrades.

Sumped fuel cell
-8 feed
Bosch 044 Inline pump a few feet away from the cell
Fast fuel rails with -8 braided crossover
60# injectors
Aeromotive 13105 Adj Fuel pressure regulator
-6 return

What HP would you rate it on a Turbo'd set up?

Thanks!

700rw pump limited IF your pump is lower than the bottom of the tank AND you dont have a paper filter between the tank and pump.

that would be nice with two pump in parallel to a y fitting. that would flow big volume. either way you have a nice setup to work off of.

yes the pump is lower than the bottom of the sump and right now i'm still trying to figure out what filters to use and where to place them.

Some people have said one before the pump, some say one after the pump, then some people say one before and after the pump... What would be the best idea here...

I'm thinking right now the max power i will push is around 550-600ish as its only a stock bottom ended 5.3 that will get around 10-15 lbs of boost til it breaks

Maybe down the road i will build a stronger bottom end to allow for more boost but that will be atleast a year or two away. So just looking at around 600hp max....

with that system you should be fine for your goal of 5-600rwhp, the only limiting factors are the injectors and i would recommend adding another 044 for levels above that.

My system on my car is a 434ci sbc that is going to be fed by a a1000, -10 feed line, -6 return, and a aeromotive fpr. plus the giant 1050cfm carb sitting on top , should be good for up to 1000fwhp.

Ya if my setup ever got more extreme i would add another 044 and bigger injectors. So i know my setup is good for now.

Can anyone give advice on filters and where to place them? i was looking at the summit brand inline -8 filters. Any advice?
