LS1 fuel line question

Does a standard LS1 based vehicle have a fuel return line? I'm building a LS based car and I have a fuel tank that has a pressure and return line on the tank. Needing to know if I just plug the return line or not.

Yes it has a return line that starts at a "T" fitting just downstream of the fuel filter & extends back to the regulator that is in the tank
