Default When is a regulator needed?? (quick Q)

Just curious, but I had a Racetronics 255 installed a couple months ago with my tune. Do I need the aftermarket regulator now?? or is there still one in the tank?? THIS is why I like doing stuff myself, so I KNOW what's up..

The stock regulator should still be in the tank. The mechanic who installed the Racetronics pump should not have removed the regulator. As long as you have a single pump the stock regulator will be OK.
The fuel pressure regulator is in the fuel pump module, in the tank. This is what it looks like.

Ahhhhhh.. Gotcha.. Thanks a bunch for the visual aids. I really wanted to do the install myself, but it would have been tied in with the tune anyway. I normally NEVER let ANYONE work on my car, besides a tune or custom work.

I ran my stock regulator with 2 GS340 pumps until just recently. You'll be fine with the stock regulator.
