Default Fuel pump holding back power?

Guys over the winter I did a head, and cam swamp on my car. I took it to get it dynod tuned and the numbers were not where they were suppose to be. Torque was suffering, and so was horsepower. I am still running a stock fuel pump and I managed to get 420hp/360tq. Can a fuel pump not pumping enough fuel cause these problems? Or could there be another issue?

Did you verify fuel psi on the dyno??
What do the AFR traces look like on the sheets???

Funky FP = poor performance....
