Default duty cycle 102%

Well, I just realized my injector duty cycle is north off 100%. I have stock LS3/LS7 injectors in my 416 with LS3 heads. I believe the LS3/LS7 injectors are 42# at 58psi correct? So if I get a set of 50# F.A.S.T LS3 (part# 30507-8) injectors will I be under 80% on the duty cycle?

Stock injectors are 41.7lb @ 4 bar, or 34lb @3 bar.

I have LS9 injectors in stock that are 52lb @ 4 bar. Flow matched within 1%, viton o-rings installed, 1 year no questions warranty. $490 for the set.

Rich,
I have considered LS9 injectors before, but everyone said to stay away from them in an N/A setup, because they spray at an angle. Is i ok to run LS9 injectors in an N/A setup?

The LS9 has a wide cone.

I have LS3 injectors in 60lb, these have a 6* cone which is perfect for your setup.

flow matched set, viton o-rings installed, 1 year no questions warranty. Same injectors A&A uses in all their supercharger kits.

$400 brand new, no core.
$329 brand new, with your cores
$200 to modify your stock LS3's to 60lb @ 4 bar.

do you really think i need 60#? I was hoping 50-52# would be enough. I just don't want to deal with the low rpm tuning challenges of a larger injector than I really need.

60 EV14 will be quite easy to tune, especially since your at such a high DC now, we can modify yours to flow whatever you like, if you want them to flow 50, 52, 53.5, we can do it, same $200 for the set

Man just the thread I needed, I have the exact same setup as trans amws6 exept mine is technicly a 418 and I thought my injectors would be ok but now I see they wont be because I am at the exact same power lvl, I dont want to spend big money on a new set so I am interested in getting mine rebuilt by you, the 200 dollar price sounds great.

my setup should put down about 540 in my ws6 it put down 505 in a auto gto. PM me with the details on how I send these injectors to you, payment and all that good stuff, also what your recommendation is on injector size, i want something that will run at 80% for that power lvl and still not be to much to cause horrible fuel milage.

P.M me I am definetly interested in getting mine upgraded.
