Default LS2 intake

Will an LS2 intake fit my 98 TA LS1?

It appears to be from a 6.0 2006 Monaro.

I am in the UK and second hand LS1 stuff is thin on the ground here.

There is an ad on ebay.uk for a LS2 intake is this the same as an LS6 intake or is it a totally different altogether. Here is the ad:

It will bolt up to the heads no problem. TB flange is 4 bolt vs your 3 bolt, injector height changed, no provision for a throttle cable

Do a search LS6 vs LS2

Thanks for the reply, that's what I was thinking I could not see the hole to bolt the cable to. I'll do a search as you suggest. What caught my eye is the price £90 ($144) as an LS6 intake goes for about $350 on here.

The same guy does have a 90mm TB for sale alao.
If it there is no way to use my TB it maybe a non starter.

I did a search on swapping an LS2 intake on to an LS1 and it will fit if you use a fast 90 TB.

But this would make it expensive as a swap for me and I would be better off with a ported stock TB and then an LS6 intake.

Default Adapter plate

I have been doing more reaseach on this. I have a stock ported LS1 TB on it's way to me. I maybe able to make this work if I can get a 4 bolt to 3 bolt adapter and a throttle cable bracket.

Where can I get these and how much are they?
