Starting car tuned for 42# Injectors, with 44# Injectors
Hi all, I picked up some used injectors a while back and was told they are 42# injectors.
Recently I had LMR write me a start up tune for my fresh motor and told them I was using 42# injectors. I decided to go ahead and have the injectors cleaned and flowed. I picked up the injectors today and it turns out they are 44#'s, before they were cleaned they flowed around 42#'s.
I am wondering if it would be a bad idea to start the engine up to make sure it fires, and no leaks before i get it too LMR for final tune. If not would it be out of the question to take it on the highway to seat the rings, of course i wont be making any WoT runs.
The reason why i am even considering this is because the tuner from LMR is out of town until Weds and I really want to hear it start up.
