Default super rich, help

Ok need some big time help here.... I recently did a complete new top end on my ls1... now kind of an LS6 with 243 heads, LS6 intake, TSP 233/239 cam, and the Ford #30 injectors..... but I am having a problem running super rich, I sent the computer to FROST for a quick mail order tune, got it back started right up.. I havent been able to really drive it much as everytime I start it it shoots out plenty of smoke and continues to run horribly so its really only gone around the block.... and even then its hesitant.... well I found out that its super rich when I pulled the plugs and they looked like this..... new one pictured as well....

these are the injectors I am running
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FMS-M-9593-BB302/

and the oxygen sensors one is maxing out and really dumping fuel, pass side I think, the other is around normal numbers, they are brand new O2 sensors, as I am running the Vette ones since they have the higher resistance better suited for longtubes.... any ideas on this ?

I would find someone local to take the car to have it tuned.
Don't use one of those mail in tuning places.
