Quick Question about testing fuel pump... When i am testing the wiring to see if my fuel pump is bad, i am getting the 12 volts only when the vehicle is attempting to start. When key is on engine off i get .3 volts. Is this correct? should i only be getting the 12 volts to the fuel pump when the vehicle is trying to start? thanks!
