Default need a tune?

Hey guys I have kind of a newbie question. I have a 00 SS m6 with only an slp y after the cats , tsp c/b and an fipk 2 and free mods. I want to get the car tuned because when I last dynoed it (338rwhp-355rwtq std ) it was pretty lean and with the new wheels (19x12 c6z rear 18x10 front ) the car seems sluggish. If I get a catless y pipe and a tune for my set up, will I see any kind of a gain even though I'm not heavily modded?

i would get a tune. you will not see a large jump from catted to non-catted.

a tune can be a lifesaver and make the car feel 10 times better
