Default swap 99 f.p. in a 98 possible??

Hi, i have my 3rd failed fuel pump in 3 years on my Z28 1998 and i wondering if can i swap for the 1999-2002 ???

U can't swap out the bucket from a 99-02 the set up is different. The pump is the same any way just a different set up.

you can, but you have to swap the tank as well, and some other stuff. just get an aftermarket pump like a walboro 255 or something similar.

ok i found 2 more coments about this in other forums i´ll try the walboro option, i hope it work better than the stock, but even if i replace the tank its cheaper than replace the OEM, just found an option on ebay for $180.00 whit the new FP
