Default Surge tank and heat ??

I am working on twin turbo truck. Am am building 3 gallon surge tank with 2x044 pumps and it be located under the hood. Problem is I already got everything and shop that putting the truck together doesn't like the idea

(shop concern is sturdiness, location and heat ) My only worry is heat and don't give a **** about the other concerns.

Will I have some heating issues as the truck will be daily driver ?

The surge tank will be on the passenger side by firewall.

Default

If fuel heat were an issue then you'd have to worry about the entire fuel system which is located under the hood?? I'm going to place mine under the hood as well on my 68 camaro. Shouldn't be a problem unless its located right by the exhaust.
