So the title is plain but it's to catch as many of you guys' attention as possible. So the question is a couple years ago I had bought a 255lph walbro for a 1997 LT1 Camaro SS but I have then sold the car and came across the pump in my dads garage still BNIB, am I able to run this pump on my 1998 Camaro Z28 or are they different I think all I have is the pump so I would need to get parts if it is able to work on my 98. Where could I buy these parts and is the pump even interchangeable to the 98 camaro?

The pumps are not interchangeable between a 97 and 98. The correct direct replacement pumps and wire harness are available from the vendors who support these forums.

You could probably rig up something to make it work, but when the proper kit is available, you may be better off selling the LT1 pump & buying the correct one.

I stock the Racetronix kits & they are very easy to install, with all necessary parts.

Feel free to give me a call if you are interested in a new pump kit.
