Default Injector size correct?

So I am doing a heads cam package from Advanced Induction. He said to get injectors rated for between 530 to 580 horsepower at the crank. I did the injector calculator, it came out with a 46 lbs/hr injector.

Any help would be great with size and what brand.

Thanks

You could find a larger generic injector on sale, ie Mototron 60#'s or whatever. As long as the parameters are correct in the tune, it should not matter. + later if your plans change for more HP, your covered. Though for a N/A engine, I'd say a #60 is big enough.

So does this mean you can oversize an injector and it wont be a problem? Just adjust in the tune?

To an extent. With today's tuning software you wouldn't have a problem scaling an injector that is 20% larger. We like to spec injector sizes with room to grow.
