Well I have decided to quit trying to make the stock rails work with a aftermarket fpr. I'm going to order a set of fuel rails, an adjustable fpr, Russell Efi connectors, some -6 fittings and -6 braided hose. Here is a drawing I did of how I plan to route the fuel and return lines to include everything so I can keep the nitrous fuel feed where it needs to be.

Does anyone see a problem or does it look about right?
