Default Aeromotive Regulator or Corvette FPR for 430" LS7

I need some help with my fuel system. I am planning out my fuel system that will be feeding my new 430" LS7 build. I already have an Aeromotive regulator that I can mount at the engine and run a return line to the tank, or I can run a GF822 Corvette set up returnless system. The fuel pump is a Walbro 255 mounted inside a 94-96 Impala tank. I had this set up in my Pontiac with the 455 and it worked very well. The LS7 will make between 580-625 flywheel horsepower with the ported aftermarket heads and EPS cam that I have (631/640-226/242@.050. I am running the standard LS7 injectors and fuel rails. As a side question, I have noticed that the fuel rails are reversable on the intake. Is there any reason I cant run the feed line on the passenger side? It would be easier to put the feed line on the passenger side. Please post any advice for me on this. Thanks.
