Default Introducing our new 127lb Bosch racing injectors

After alot of testing and many happy customers we are officially introducing our 127lb @4bar LS drop in. We have 5 different configurations. The injector will support all fuels including Q16. These are from Bosch Racing. We flow match them Dynamically at all pulse widths. We have the correct tune data in Efi live and Hp Tuners. Dyno tested and tuned by Vengeance PCM in Ga. These have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with them! No questions. Notice in the picture the extended tip which is ideal for the LS head especially the cathedral port design. Call to order..

I switched to these from 96# low z and am pleased thus far with the results.
Below is a 12.5# boost run (9.6 at 145) where you see the injector is at about 40% duty.
This is with an auxiliary methanol shot and the numbers crunch to 900hp. Fuel pressure is 3 bar plus 1:1 for boost.
Injector delay is set around 1.3ms in BS3 currently along with a size of 1156cc.

Guys these injectors were just put in our 1060RWHP 2010 Camaro and they run great.

These injectors are next leap forward for the big boys.

No questions best injector I have seen in awhile that has come out.

I currently have your 95lb(108@ 4 bar) and was wondering if these new injectors were better. Would it be worth it to switch? Also, I could not find them on your web page. Can you post a link.

BTW, They would be for a LS3 2010 Camaro.

They are better only if the 95 are maxed out. Both excellent injectors. These are from Bosch racing complete with tune data

I've been nothing but impressed with the set you hooked me up with. Can't wait to see how the handle the race tune.

What is the reason behind the extended tip version? Are there any benefits over the normal ones?

i believe the extended tip is so you can run a lower spacer to get the injector up to the length of a ls1 style injector while still having the nozzle tip not up inside the spacer, screwing up the spray

IF these are good to 1200 on E85, what about 93 oct or C16 race gas? 1500? Considering using them at 3 bar + 20psi boost max, so just abit over 4bar fuel pressure at WOT.

We are using these injectors in a 1000 rwhp LS3 Corvette project. Have these injectors been flow tested in Delta pressure conditions during boost (200kpa to 400kpa)? The data we got only was for 0-80 kpa so I inserted that data into Marcins injector calculator worksheet to get the boosted values.

Thanks

It's actually the other way around. The extended tip ends up in the intake. Closer to the back of the valve.

Got a set going in my car.
