when to change injectors?

when to change injectors? have a 98 t/a (A4) with: 85mm intake/TB. i have been stock pileing some parts to install next month. they include: si4 cam (228/228 113lsa), LT's, ORY, UD pulley, SS3600, NX wet shot (thinking 100-150)
when will i need to worry about the injectors and pump? i read the GTP injectors are equivalent to 42#, is this correct and do the "bolt right up" with out any modification. which pump is recommended by the majority?
