Default is it my fuel pump

i change fuel pump to a walbro 255 the hose in the tank blow up and i replace it, it stop the car from stalling once i replaced it. then the new hose blow up again i replace it but the car is still stalling out. the voltage at the pump is 11.9 and fuel pressure is 55-60 psi and fuel filter is fine i changed and put new hose on there but car is still stalling what could it be?? also not throwing a check engine light either

which hose specifically? pictures? there shouldn't be damaged or loose hoses upon installation, everything should be nice a snug
