Default Fuel too hot causing lean condition?

Hey guys. Got a question about fuel and heat. I have a turbo car that is in my sig and when the car gets hott I start getting a lean condition where the car will not even run it gets so lean. After the car cools off it will then start and run just fine again until it heats back up. I am running 93 octane in the car everyday and I have an infrared heat gun and when the car was doing the lean condition the other day my fuel rails were like 160 degrees according to the infrared gun. Is this hot enough to cause vaporization of the fuel before the injectors are able to spray it into the motor causing my lean condition? Do you think a fuel cooler would help my problem? Thanks in advance.
