LS1 Camaro Aeromotive A1000, Fast Rails & Racetronix Problem
This is my first post, Im building this engine in Chiapas Mexico, a long way from you guys, actually we are the only shop in town whos building this kind of things.
I installed a Racetronix fuel pump in the back, FAST rails and A1000 FPR from Aeromotive. Im running almost the same setup as I saw here with other car:
I upgraded the car with:
- Precision Race Components Stg. 2.5 LQ9/6.0L Heads & Cam Package
- PRC 675 EHT Dual Valvespring Kit
- Texas Magic Stick 4 - 114 LSA
- Pushrod 7.425
- RollMaster LS2 Double Roller 11-1185
- Texas Speed Ported LS6 oil Pump
- Granatelli MAF
- Throttle Body FAST LSX 102MM
- Hi Flow Water pump
- True Duals Headers
- FAST LSXR102
When I try to turn the car on, the Fuel Pressure Regulator goes 60-70 PSI, It wont start and when it does theres a lot of fuel on the exhaust that wasnt get burned.
Am I doing something wrong with my Fuel System Routing? theres a lot of fuel on my cylinders, and the FPR doesnt seem to adjust even If I screw it on and off.
Thanks a lot guys for your support!

if you turn the key to run twice, does the car start if you turn it to crank as soon as you see ~40 psi on the gauge? or is it not cranking at all. most returned fuel system cars require a prime

Thanks a lot for the answer Z1KILLA, actually we solved the problem, the RETURN line was blocked by a piece of rubber so the FPR return line was blocked and it cannot work this way.
Today the car starts with no problem, turns off after 1 minute aprox, and then when I try to turn it on again it doesnt turn on, it cranks, theres spark, 45 psi on FPR, injection pulse, but doesnt start.
When I take the spark plugs theyre soaked with gas, so now the problem is that theres a lot of fuel coming out of the system, and when the spark plugs get soaked it doesnt turn on.
I already check all the injectors on my Injecto LAB and theres no leak in any of them. Is this a problem due to the install of the HEADS, CAM,LIFTERS, PUSH RODS, do I need a REPRO (HP TUNERS or similar) to control this problem?
Thanks a lot you guys for your support.
