Post What injector/fuel pump combo?

Car is a 2000 LS1 camaro with a 6 speed. These are the performance upgrades:
EPS 236/248 cam
TFS 215cc heads
FAST 92 TB
FAST 92 intake
SLP air lid
SSRA intake
85 mm MAF
TSP 1 7/8" headers with 3" TD's

I was originally gonna go with the 36lb FAST injectors, but i see some builds similar to mine that run 60lb injectors.

This car is a DD that will see some track time, so i dont wanna lose too much fuel economy, but i still need to feed the beast.

With that said what do you guys think would be a good size injector and which fuel pump should i put with it?

Well I use 42lb injectors, and Walbro 255 pump with mods in sig. I figure this gives me a tad more room when I decide to spray it next season

Not sure of the duty cycle, but was told my setup should be good for close to 550 rwhp. $400 MORE for the 42's vs 36's?? That's insane lol. I bought the car as is, but thought the 42's were around $400 total. At least they were for my Mustang

32# or 36# would be fine, 42# would leave plenty of room for later upgrades, and I mean upgrades. Being naturally aspirated, with these mods the car may make 4xxhp ; you will in no way shape or form need 60# injectors. With that being said, on that setup with 32# or 42# injectors, your FACTORY fuel pump will be near its peak. It will be absolutely fine, but if you ever upgrade to a larger injector and actually need it, you will need to upgrade your fuel pump to a 255.

call FIC.

call FIC . they have your injectors. at least 60-80's. you dont wanna be swapping em every time you want more power.

I will have a single racetronix with hotwire for sale here in about 2 months.....its had about 3 gallons run thru it id say. made 599rwhp with it.

Alright FIC ill get in touch with them and maybe get some good deals on some 42's. I want to do future upgrades once i can have the car as a toy instead of a DD. Probably adding FI in the future.
