Default Making a stand alone fuel setup

I got bored at work so I started coming up with a idea to make a stand alone for my nirous kit. I know you can buy some but I'm one of those people that like to say I built this or made that. My idea was to get a 1gal fuel cell mount a walbro 255 intake fuel pump then run into a c5 corvette fuel filter/regulator run the feed line to the fuel solenoid on my plate kit and the return line back to the fuel cell. You think this will work? Remeber it's just a idea so any info would be appreciated....

Op your idea should work fine I made mine in my z06 out of a lawn mower fuel tank inline filter, in line pump from Oreilly high pressure and a return style regulator then line to the noid. Works perfect 11.3 afr on jug consistently and I only spent 150 bucks bought or had everything used except pump and filter were new. All hiddn inside of drivers fender
