I was doing some investigating into water/meth injection. I was wondering if it would be possible to use it to increase the octane of regular gas thereby reducing knock suppression and let's face it, cheaper gas!. Just a thought.

Anyone have any input/ideas? Seems to me it would work...

I think it would make better power with the colder denser air but no on raising octane, in less you burn it as fuel. (spray enough to change afr)
