I know some 2011+ mustang guys have used them on E85 to 1000whp. With a return fuel system of course.

That highly depends on base fuel pressure, whether it's referenced or not, and what the rest of the motor combo is.

On my car at 600rwhp with ID1000s at 5th gen camaro pressure they were around 46% duty cycle. FI cars would use ~10% more fuel. I'd say 1000hp is good at base (58) fuel pressure. I traded down to 750s to get my duty cycle up
