Default no fuel pressure

my car has been not running for 3 years now that its back togeather im having trouble getting fuel pressure the car started right up the first time i cranked it up ran then died not sure if it was due to my new large cam and i tryed to start it again and it wont start the fuses is good the tank was near empty when it was sitting and i didnt add fresh gas and i cannot hear the fuel pump kick on i tryed adding fresh gas and still nothing could i have killed my fuel pump from it sitting is there any way to tell short of replacing the pump and if i do have to replace the pump what would be a good upgrade

Have you replaced the oil filter recently? Maybe the pump isnt having enough voltage which will cause low fuel volume.

Well if the pump was not sucking any fuel due to the tank being near empty you may have fried the pump possibly. I'd start with a voltage test and go from there
