Default Fuel pump trap door for 2000 SS

Hey guys doing the DIY duel fuel pump. If you have any pics of your trap door you cut out for your 2000 Camaro please post a pic of the location...

You do not have cut up your car. I changed fuel pumps in 1 hour and 20 minutes. I did have a lift to do the work on the car. It was no big deal to drop the tank.

Another vote for just dropping the tank. It is not a big deal. Grab a buddy and it will be easier. We did it on our backs in a parking lot in 100+ degree temps with basic hand tools, one jack, two jack stands, and just because the tank was full a $66 dollar scissor style transmission jack from Harbor Freight. Getting the trap door cut and sealed up right would probably have taken near the same amount of time.
