Default Injector and lines sized too small for E?

I have a 402 12:1 comp LS2 car here with 36lb injectors tuned for 100 octane with a walbro 255. Im trying to convert to e-85 and would like to know if these injectors are too small. Also running stock fuel lines. Will the stock fuel lines flow enough for the additional 30% of fuel burning or will I need to upgrade and is the 255 a big enough pump? Thanks in advance!
