Default What A/F ratio for WOT. LQ 408, 11.1/1 CR

Not sure if this should be here or the tuning section. But anyways I'm trying to find out what would be the best A/F ratio for a 408 with 11.1/1. As of now I have it around 11.8-12.2. Is that about right or is that too rich?

Seems pretty rich.

Somewhere in the mid-high 12s is where you want to be for both power and safety. You might squeeze out a few hp by going as lean as low 13s, but that's not usually worth it from a safety standpoint. It's better to have a little bit of buffer and you probably make more torque with a slightly richer ratio.

Would probably be worth it to take it to a shop that rents out dynos by the hour and see what type of fueling she likes.

It all depends on the motor. The placement of the sensor will effect the readout as well. See what the car likes, the correct for one is not necessarily the correct for another. I have typically seen the best power at wot around 12.2 but have seen motors that are under heavy load like airboats that like the high 11s as well. You will just have to make changes and see how the car reacts.
