LQ4 vs LS1 injector flow?

LQ4 vs LS1 injector flow? Im in the middle of swapping LS6 intake on my 07 LQ4 motor. I purchased stock LS1 fuel rails and injectors that should come in any day now. The more I read on swap info I see the truck injrctors are too short to run with the LS1 rails after removing the tips. Can I run the LS1injectors on my 6.0 without reflashing injector flow rate? Or whats my other options.
