whats the max hp from a stock fuel pump? and injector size help

Default whats the max hp from a stock fuel pump? and injector size help

Im building an lq9/ls3 for my truck and am shooting for 450-500rwhp. will a stock lq4/9 truck fuel pump support that? also what injector size will i need?

I am going to say no you are going to need a 255 pump and probably mid to upper 40lb injectors

thanks for the reply, any idea an ls1 style walbro 255 work for my lq4 truck tank? i cant seem to find any made for a lq4 or lq9

i think you can use a 99-02 ls1 fbody pump in them but i have never tried, but i know i have put the universal/older gm style walbro in them but it requires cutting the bottom out of the bucket and you have to make you own mounts to hold the pump to the bucket
