Default E-85 N/A Gains

So Ive spent awhile on YB and here and cant seem to find much of a consensus. Has anyone tested E85 vs 93 on an N/A motor with 12:1-12.5:1 compression? Ive seen alot of stock comp tests, which as expected dont pickup more than 5-10whp, but nothing with bumped CR. Im a big fan of E85 on turbo cars (my last 2 both used E85), but havent had any experience with it N/A. Just kind of wondering what kind of gains I might see on the 402 stroker Im starting on. Plan is 12:1 CR, but ultimately that will depend on what I do heads wise.

On mine it was worth some power. my guess is 15-20hp

I was able to put a hoter plug in it with more timing

Try looking for 93 vs C10 (108 oct), it should give you a good ballpark idea. E85 is roughly 105 octane, depending on whether it's truly 85% ethanol or not. E100 is roughly 110 octane

As long as you up the compression as well there will certainly be gains. Just swapping fuel will not net you very much accept a couple more degrees in timing with diminishing results.
