Default Fuel line setup question

I bought a system from tanks inc for my 70 chevelle it consists of a sumped and baffled tank with an intank pump module that use a 1/4 npt feed and return to -6an that run to a corvette style regulator then to the rail my question is doesn't that seem a tad small? There's no other size options that come with it though the pump is an 400lph and the motor is an lq4 with a gt45 turbo

Yes, quarter inch feed is extremely small.

The small ID is okay for a short length. For example the ID for the pump is not any bigger than the tank feed.
