Default 2000 5.3 silverado loosing fuel pressure possibly? Help

I have a 00" siverado 5.3 that I done a 222/224 camshaft swap on, and my friend with hp tuners tuned it, and the truck has stock injectors, and intake and fuel pump. The problem I'm having is hard to explain kinda.. When I drive the truck it's runs really good at lower rpm anywhere from 1500-3000 rpm, the thing is if I really get into the throttle and get the rpm"s up over 3000 the truck falls on it's fAce and my wideband has 20.00 on the lean side. Has anybody had this problem? Please chime in.

What was your injector duty cycle when he tuned it.

I was thinking that the cAm is maxing the injectors out at higher rpm under a lot of load. But I'm not 100% sure

I would get your friend to drive around with you and data log with HP tuners to see what your duty cycle is but don't push it with your AFR freaking out as you could hurt the motor. Also check your fuel pressure as well to determine your pump isn't dying
