Default Injectors to big?

Hey guys, I have a stock LS3 with a Whipple 2.9 supercharger that makes a bunch of power and TQ and drives like a champ. It has a slight "hunt" at idle (100 rpm or less) and the guy that did the tuning said the duty cycle of the injectors is at 1% or less at idle and only 60% or so at WOT. Whipple sends new injectors (63 lb) with the supercharger as well as a MSD fuel pump booster that raises the voltage with engine RPM and it was not installed due to the fact that I have good fuel pressure and idle and WOT. SO.... Will to big of a fuel injector with a very small duty cycle at idle cause unstable rpm (hunt) at idle?

63lb injectors are not big.

You just need it tuned properly, find a better tuner.

Default

were the parameters changed for injectors in your tune? (all of them) and NOT JUST the IFR table

for instance, offset table, minimum pulsewidth, default pulse width...etc
