Default fueling question for a 408 FI

I am in the process of building a 408 with lsa heads and a novi2200 blower with like 9-1 Cr . I have been told to run both pumps all the Tim and rely on the fpr to its job . I plan on running twin 340 in the tank and a set of 86lb injectors . I will be replacing the old stock line with - 8 to the motor and -6 return . Or shood I go -10 to the motor and - 8 return ? Do I run a Hobbs switch or run both at the same time . What's the difference. Please guide me in the right direction 😊. I am looken for 750 at the wheel on 16psi

IMO, no reason to run both pumps all the time.
The Hobbs sw will take care of that.
-8 is good to go.

-6 lines are fine, do NOT run both pumps full time if you drive it on the street. Some 340's are pretty terrible when the fuel starts to get hot. They cavitate, drop pressure, overspeed, and then cook their brushes. If you trailer it to the strip then there's no need for the Hobbs because you aren't running long enough to transfer heat into the fuel.
