Default No fuel pressure, turbo car

So got the car to crank and has oil pressure. getting fuel out of my fuel pressure regulator, just no pressure. if i prime my pump a few times it comes out in pretty good stream but takes a few key turns to get the fuel there. Im using a dual pump setup run off a hobbs switch. twin 255 walbaros. Any ideas on what it could be doing not letting the fuel get there fast enough and not getting pressure?

"Pretty good stream" means what?? 10 psi? Put a gauge on it.
Has the car run w/ the current set up, and this just happened?
Home made in tank?
In tank plumbing problems is where I'd start.
