Default racetronix hotwire instructions

Does anybody have the hot F98 hotwire instructions? Racetronix never sent the hotwire instructions with my pump. I've attempted to contact them 4 times and no response. Any help would be great.

FPWH-002 harness instructions are included with the harness no the pump. If you misplaced them support docs are available 24/7 on our forum ONLY!:

Funny I shouldn't have to get on your forum for instructions that were never provided to me with my harness. Same as how you didn't provide me with a filter sock for my pump. I had to order one from you. 15.00 and 16.51 to ship it are you kidding me.

You purchased your parts through Thunder Racing which would have been well over a year ago yet you ordered the replacement filter on Sept 2, 2014!!!

Much of TR's inventory was re-boxed / packaged leading up to their bankruptcy so missing parts is not surprising. You should have inspected your purchase when it arrived at your door and followed up on any missings parts or instructions back then.

It is common for customers to lose paperwork or buy second-hand parts. This is why we make documentation available in electronic format 24/7 via our support forum.

(All parts are pre-counted and weighed during production to help eliminate these types of discrepancies.)

You must confirm your e-mail address as listed in step 2 of our registration process just as you did to gain access to LS1TECH. (Same procedure).

If you do not see the confirmation e-mail check your JUNK/SPAM folder as Yahoo and Hotmail are notoriously bad for blocking valid e-mail.

I'm not upset about the sock that's fine what I'm upset with is the fact that racetronix makes it d amn near impossible to communicate with customers I'm asking for simple instructions. A off file or an email with instructions not your forum which bye the way is down and not showing any threads or any way to post threads this company is garbage.

Crickets my *** I'm trying to get instructions end of story I got them off of another tech member who went through garbage and has sent me what I'm looking for. No help due to racetronix.

Maybe u seen where I ordered the sock for 15.00 with 16.50 in shipping simply asking for instructions with 0 help whatsoever.

We see you accessed the docs on our forum from IP 70.210.226.200.
We charge what UPS charges us to ship from CA. These are not domestic US rates.
If you don't like the rates complain to UPS. It costs us more to process a $15.00 transaction than there is margin in it so be thankful we even offer them as service parts. Delphi/GM would make you buy a new pump assembly for a few hundred $.

There is just no satisfying some people!
